New benchmark results demonstrate a scalable path toward real-time, broadcast-quality volumetric video across multiple GPU architectures
BURBANK, Calif., July 21, 2026 — Skyrim.AI today announced new performance results for Echo, its volumetric video reconstruction model, demonstrating significant progress toward achieving real-time, broadcast-quality volumetric video before the end of the year.
The latest Echo results were presented at the 2026 AI Workflow Summit, where Skyrim.AI shared performance findings across multiple GPU architectures and outlined how the technology can be deployed for a wide range of sports and live-production environments.
Echo is designed to reconstruct volumetric video using standard RGB camera systems capable of capturing footage at resolutions up to 8K and frame rates up to 60 frames per second. The architecture can scale from a single camera angle to as many as 256 camera angles, depending on the size and requirements of the production.
A key feature of the Echo architecture is that each camera angle is processed independently. This allows production systems to scale by adding additional GPU resources without reducing the reconstruction performance or visual quality of each individual camera stream.

Based on these findings, Skyrim.AI’s Stadium OS platform can now support two primary deployment architectures based on the venue, production scale and type of sporting event.
For sports such as tennis, golf and gymnastics, a cluster of next-generation NVIDIA DGX workstations deployed in a production trailer can provide near-real-time reconstruction at the venue. For larger team sports, including soccer, baseball and American football, Stadium OS can use a hybrid architecture that combines on-site processing with additional data-center or cloud-based GPU resources.
This flexible approach allows productions to select the infrastructure that best matches the number of cameras, the size of the playing area, the required reconstruction quality and the desired delivery latency.
Skyrim.AI is currently working with technology providers, sports organizations, broadcasters, production companies and venue partners to accelerate the beta release of Stadium OS, which integrates Echo with the company’s capture, processing, compression, streaming and playback technologies.
The company is inviting additional partners to participate in upcoming demonstrations, technical evaluations and beta deployments.
